Hotel Reservations
We have negotiated a conference room rate of $139.00 per room at the Atheneum Suites Hotel for MCEIA attendees (tax rate estimate is 15%,  tax exempt organizations must be able to provide a copy of their tax exemption status to exclude a 6% Michigan state tax).

All reservations must be made by phone: 313-962-2323 ask for reservations, between the hours of 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. EST, to assure the significantly reduced conference room rate of $139.00 per room. Please reference MCEIA when requesting your reservation. (Please be aware that you will not be able to make reservations online and receive the $139.00 room rate). Hotel reservations are only guaranteed at this rate if made before October 2, 2008.
